Living River Celebration

Join Friends of the Napa River for a joyful celebration as we honor some of the local leaders and the community who made the Living River Flood Control Project possible. We will celebrate the success of this innovative project, and learn what remains to be done, as we sip Napa Green wines and enjoy delicious bites from La Toque.

January WILD Napa: Sensitive Aquatic Species: Our local waterways are home to several rare aquatic animals protected by the Endangered Species Act. Join RCD Senior Biologist, Jonathan Koehler, as he discusses what is know, and what we have yet to learn about four of these special species: foothill yellow-legged frog, California red-legged frog, California freshwater shrimp, and steelhead trout.
